Reports

The One Truck version offers most of the same reports that you get in the Fleet Version with the exception of the Payroll & Receivable reports. There are also a few reports that are specific to the One Truck version, and if you use the Trip Sheet you can access the Weekly Trip Report right from the Trip Sheet. This report will run for any date range you select from a day to a year or more and will give you an overview of your trips, miles, fuel, reimbursed expenses & general expenses and advances.

 

 

For a report on a specific trip go to REPORTS/ACCOUNTING/PRO NUMBER and you can get a breakdown on the income, costs & profit or loss for a specific trip.

Note: The Pro Number report is primarily a Fleet report so some items on the report will not be show, but it will still give you a basic look at the income & expense for the trip.

 

The COST/MILE report is generally a good report for Owner/Operators who are leased to a company. This report will give you a revenue and cost per mile and per day.
