Pro Notes

There are separate Pro Notes for Billing, Miles & Income & Expenses. If you turn on the Show ProNotes on Invoice option in the My Account/User Preferences/Billing-Invoices section notes posted here will print on the invoice. You can also use this field for keeping internal notes that are too large to fit into the Memo field for a transaction.
