Charge To Account
Charge To Accounts are used by the program to keep track of what income & expenses are for. This popup will give you a simple way to add a new Charge To Account when you need one.
Click QUICK ENTRY/OPEN ACCOUNT/CHARGE TO ACCOUNTS for the popup
Truckers Helper Account#: The program will provide the next available number or you can enter your own account number.
Name of the Account: Enter the name you want for this account.
Type of Account: This is fixed and cannot be edited.
Transaction Type: Choices are Expense or Income. All Charge To Accounts are one of these two types. Other types which are also used in the Charge To Accounts list are added by the program when you add that account type.
