Budget

The Budget Report is based on your Cost Per Mile and can be very useful in keeping track of your income & expenses and in spotting areas where your expenses are higher than anticipated early. This can give you a chance to make corrections before something becomes a problem. See ACCOUNTING/REGISTER/BUDGETS for details on setting up budgets. You will select the Start & End Dates for the report and it will then appear.

 

 

 

The report will show you in GREEN where you are under budget and in RED where you are over budget. At the bottom you'll also get an overall status with a total oven/under number.
