Transfers
Transfer doesn't have any drop down options. It will go straight to the popup.
From Account/To Account: These both use the same list of Cash and Charge accounts. At this time the Asset & Liability accounts are not included in the Transfer Option. There are instructions for using transfers for Asset accounts under the Assets/Purchase topic. Select the From and To accounts that you want to use from the list. For an other type of account that's not listed select CASH in the popup and then edit the transactions it creates to fit your need.
Truck Number: Optional
Trailer Number: Optional
Date: The date of the transfer.
Amount: The amount of the transfer. Transfer will minus this amount FROM and add the amount TO the accounts selected.
Pro Number: Not used in this type of transaction. Leave it blank.
Memo: Enter any memo you want with this transfer.
A completed transaction will look like this -
This will then create a minus (withdrawal) transaction from Checking2 and a deposit transaction into the Cash account.
