Status Box

 
The Status Box includes the 'Alerts' section which is above it and below the Quick Entry section. There are alerts for -
 
 
Bills Due: alerts you when you have a bill which is currently due or past due.
Transaction Due: alerts you when a memorized transaction is due or past due.
Charge Account & Checking Alerts: if you set up minimum checking balances and maximum charge account balances this section will let you know when a checking account or charge account is under or over that balance.
 
Accounting Status:
Outstanding Bills: This is the balance of all currently entered outstanding bills.
Outstanding Payables: This is the balance of all charge accounts and credit cards.
Checks to be Printed: This feature is not yet available.
 Accounts Receivable: This is the balance on all outstanding receivables.
Invoices To Print: This feature is not yet available.
Cash Account Balance: This is the balance of all Cash, Check & Savings accounts in the program.
