Status Box

 

GENERAL:

Show Status Box: turns on the Status Box in the Income & Expense Screen - Fleet Version Only

Display RPM/CPM: Tells the program to display the Revenue Per Mile & Cost Per Mile figures for the program. This calculation takes ALL INCOME entered and ALL EXPENSES ENTERED and divides them by ALL MILES entered to get the CPM & RPM figures. The more current your data is the more accurate these numbers will be. For fleets income is represented by ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, for the One Truck it is represented by INCOME either entered Manually as INCOME, or Imported from the SETTLEMENT page.

 

ACCOUNTING STATUS: This allows you to show the various Accounting Item you wish to have summarized in the status box.

A/R Balance: the current outstanding receivables balance.

Cash Balance: the sum of ALL cash accounts in the program (Cash, Checking, Savings are all 'Cash' accounts)

Outstanding Bills: the sum of all outstanding bills that are entered. See the I&E help for information on entering BILLS.

Payables: the sum of all outstanding Credit Accounts - charge cards, fuel cards, charge accounts are all considered payables.

Alerts: tells the program whether to display the Accounting Alerts (these are set up in the Accounting options)

Checks to Print: this tells you the outstanding balance for checks that are entered and not yet printed.

 

LOAD STATUS: this Fleet Only functionality is not currently available.

 

After setting the status the way you wish it to appear click the SAVE STATUSBOX PREFERENCES button to save your settings.
