REPORTSReporting is the prime reason for using a computer to track your data. It's unique ability to compile all the data you have entered is a great time saver and offers a compelling reason to use a computer rather than recording everything in a journal. Information such as you Cost/Mile and Revenue/Mile, Profit & Loss Statements, IFTA Reports, IRP and other mileage report are all a snap when you keep your records up to date. But as with anything garbage in equals garbage out. So it is necessary to be sure that the data which you input is correct. Remember that the reports are just a reflection of the data you enter. Take the time to insure that what you've entered is correct and your reports will be accurate and reliable.
Note: for some reports we use actual data. In these reports any identifying information is covered with a blur to protect the confidentiality of the user whose data was used for the report. So if you see a blurry section in the header or in the data areas of a report, that's the reason for it.
