ProNotes
Pro Notes is a text box that allows you to enter additional data that you may need for a load, trip or income & expense entry. For example car haulers need a place to put the VIN numbers for all the vehicles on the trailer. So in Billing they can add the VIN numbers and then in Program Options there is a setting under Billing & Invoices to tell the program to Print Pro Notes on Invoice -
Pro Notes can be created in BILLING, MILES and INCOME & EXPENSES and each section keeps its own separate Pro Notes.
To create a Pro Note click on the Pro Notes link in the links at the top of the page. The Pro Notes box will pop up -
Enter the data that you want to save with the current record and then click the SAVE/QUIT button.
Note: the current record MUST HAVE A PRO NUMBER and you cannot use N/A as the current Pro Number. Pro Notes only work in conjunction with Pro Numbers.
To FIND a Pro Note click the FIND button and enter the Pro Number in the popup that appears. If on exist the Pro Note and the matching record will be displayed.
To DELETE a Pro Note, display the Pro Note and then click the Delete button.
