New Week

 

New Week is used to start a new payroll or to load a previous payroll. The default cycle is Weekly, but you can run the payroll for any time period you wish. The starting date will always be determined by the ending date of the previous payroll and you can set the ending date for the new week when you start the New Week -

 

To load a previous week select it from the list and click OK. To start a new payroll click New Week -

 

 

and the Week End Date box will popup. Enter the date or select it from the date widget and the program will then start a new week.
