New Trip Section

Use the NEW TRIP section to import a trip from the Dispatch section or to if you are not using dispatch to enter the trip information so you can export a trip manually. ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED in order to export the mileage to the MILES section. These fields are self explanatory so we won't detail them here. You MUST HAVE A TRUCK & TRAILER NUMBER (N/A will not work) in order to export miles. So if you are using N/A (we strongly advise against it) for Trailer Numbers you will have to supply a number other than N/A here for the program to export the miles.

 

HAZMAT TYPE: If you want to run a Hazmat Route select the HAZMAT TYPE from the drop down. The program will then run a route that allows your load type to be run on it. Hazmat types are:

 

SAVE ROUTE - On the bottom of the Routing Page there are a SAVE & FIND button. To save a route for future use enter the name you want for the route in the NAME OF ROUTE box and then click the SAVE button. To find and load the route later click FIND and the find route popup will appear -

 

 

Click on the route you want to load and the program will load that route. You can then edit the route information as needed and save it again or export it.
