The MY ACCOUNT section is used to set Program Functions and Options, Setup and control access levels for secondary users, manage your payments and credit card information and to cancel your account if the need should arise. The My Account screen exists for each user individually so every user can set options for their own version of the program, though in most cases secondary users will rarely need access to this section. Access for users is controlled by the User Permissions section under MANAGE USERS.
 
A NOTE TO THE COMPANY OWNER OR GENERAL MANAGER -
ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES - The person who originally sets up the program will have Administrator privileges by default. This will be the account linked with the original LOG IN and EMAIL ADDRESS that are used to initially open the program. If you have an employee who has set the program up you will need to have their USERNAME & PASSWORD and we suggest that you log in using their credentials and remove grant yourself ADMIN privileges and then terminate their log in and assign them a new one with limited privileges. Anyone with Admin privileges is in a position to terminate your account, have all data from the account removed, and otherwise wreak havoc on your information so it is strongly suggested that only the company owner and/or a person at the highest level be granted these rights. We have had cases where disgruntled employees have attempted and on occasion succeeded in seriously damaging a company's records. This can be easily prevented by carefully assigning permissions and rights to secondary users and limiting Admin rights to the company owner and/or another high level member of the company.
 
NOTE: removal of the original username and email can only be accomplished manually by contacting support. We do require verification of the status of the person making the request, and there will be a small fee for the time and effort required by a programmer or upper level person on our staff to perform this operation for you. It is best if the company owner, or a person of equal status perform the initial setup of the program to avoid this situation. But if you do find yourself in this situation we do offer a solution.
