Manage Truck

 

 

To access the Truck Management Section use the MAINTENANCE/TRUCK MAINTENANCE screen.

 

 

That will bring up the MANAGE TRUCK MAINTENANCE screen. This is where you add new trucks, add maintenance, setup financial data if you wish to and setup reminders for upcoming events.

 

 

 

Click the ADD TRUCK link in to top right of the Manage Truck Maintenance screen to display the ADD TRUCK screen again.

 

You can also call up a quick list of all trucks by clicking the SHOW ACTIVE TRUCKS link-

 

From this screen you can EDIT or DELETE a truck.

NOTE: Trucks are NEVER deleted. The program will mark any truck you delete as Inactive. This avoids deleting a truck that has associated mileage, fuel and other records.

 

INACTIVE TRUCKS: if you have inactive trucks you can view them from here BUT you must turn VIEW INACTIVE TRUCKS on in the MY ACCOUNT settings to enable this feature. Click MY ACCOUNT/USER PREFERENCES/PROGRAM FUNCTIONS and check the box that says SHOW INACTIVE TRUCKS to turn this feature on. You can then view inactive trucks by clicking the link shown on this screen above (Show Inactive Trucks). When clicked it will change to Show Active Trucks and you can click it again to return to the display of active trucks.
