LOAD BOARD
The load board is designed to give you an overview of your trucks and loads and is also used to quickly find and assign loads that are not previously assigned to a truck and/or trailer. It's a place to rapidly get the current status on any truck and/or load.
You can access the Load Board by clicking the Icon or on the menu under LOADS
UNDERSTANDING THE GRID -
The columns are pretty self explanatory so we won't deal with what is in each column. The grid is color coded to help you separate the Pickups from Deliveries. The COLORED lines are the Pickups and the GRAY lines are the Deliveries. This is also indicated by the TYPE column with P for Pickup & D for Delivery. If the load has been picked up and/or delivered the date will appear in the ACTUAL DATE column on the far right of the grid. The Customer is listed in the Customer column and hovering over the customer with your mouse will give you a popup with the customers contact information. You cannot enter or edit the Actual Dates or any other information in this grid. The grid information comes from the LOADS (Pickup/Delivery) page. If you need to edit the information you'll need to go to that page.
