Fuel Purchase Report
The Fuel Purchase report can be organized by Date, purchases are listed in date order, by Cost, purchases are listed from the lowest price/gallon to the highest price/gallon, or by State, list in order of the state the purchase was in with the purchases for each state listed together. We'll include an example of each of these reports below along with individual comments as appropriate. Options for all these reports are Truck 247 and 9/1-9/30/2014 so the reports will reflect the same data just organized in different ways.

The states, gallons & cost/gallon for the Refer fuel will appear if you enter them but the program does not require that they be entered like it does for truck fuel. If you want to chase rebates for the refer fuel you will want to enter this information when entering the purchases.
