Dispatching The Load

 

Unlike loads assigned to your trucks we use truck BROKER for all brokered loads. So to dispatch any brokered loads you'll use the Pro Number to load the trip. So enter the Pro Number in the dispatch popup and then click OK.

 

 

The dispatch screen will then appear with your load. Everything functions the same here, so refer to the DISPATCH section for help with entering actual dates and check calls.

 

 

We don't track the trailers for brokered loads so the trailer will usually be N/A. If you have a contractor hauling your trailer then you'll want to assign the trailer to the load in the Loads section.  The program also will not track miles for Brokered loads. Responsibility for tracking and reporting miles, fuel, etc. all lie with the contractor.
