Delete Last Trip
WARNING!! Delete last trip uses the Pro Number to determine what to delete. If you use N/A or some other standard number for more than one trip and then click Delete Last Trip the program will DELETE ALL RECORDS WITH THAT PRO NUMBER. There is NO UNDO for this. Once deleted mileage records are gone, they have been permanently removed from the database.
The program is designed to us a separate Pro Number for each load. You need to be able, for audit purposes to identify the miles that go with each trip and what trip each mile goes with. Use the Pro Number that you used in BILLING to set up the load and you will not have any trouble with this issue.
If you need to delete the last trip you entered you can use this function to do that. If you need to walk back several trips, this function will also make that a little easier. If you just need to delete the last single entry use the DELETE in the Grid to delete that record.
