Customer Information
Hover your mouse over any pickup or delivery and a popup will appear with the customer information in it -
This information comes from the Address Book and the popup will display as much information as you have entered. This is a good reason to enter all the information you have available when you are adding the customer to the Address Book. If a driver has a hard time finding a shipper or receiver, having the phone number and/or directions readily available will be extremely useful and save both the driver and the dispatcher time.
