Certain Pro Number
This is the standard Invoice which is used for billing truck loads. You must complete the BILLING & LOADS sections before printing this invoice. You can print this invoice from the top of the Loads (Pickup/Delivery) window or from the Invoice menu. From the loads page it will print the invoice for the currently displayed load, from the menu it will ask you for the Pro Number you wish to print.
The program will then print the invoice for you. You will also be prompted to export the invoice to Accounts Receivable, you should always click YES on this prompt even when reprinting and invoice just to be sure that the amount of the previous invoice is correct.
