Automated Mileage Export

The Automated Mileage export works in conjunction with the actual dates being entered into the Dispatch section. For this to work you must be using BILLING/LOADS/DISPATCH and entering the actual dates in dispatch. SEE THE NOTE IN Save/Cancel & Actual Dates, the previous section in this manual about entering Actual Dates and the correct way to do this. You must be using the tab key, or mouse through both Date & Time fields for the auto export to be activated.

The Auto Mileage export should be on by default. If it's not on go to MY ACCOUNT/USER PREFERENCES and turn it on (see Program Setup/My Account/User Preferences/Program Functions).

When you enter the Actual Delivery date for the last delivery on a load the program will run the route and a popup will appear with the route in it.
CHECK THIS ROUTE BEFORE YOU CLICK OK and if you know that the driver went a meaningfully different route, for example went home which was a couple hundred miles out of route or in a state that isn't in the export then click CANCEL and go to the ROUTING page and export the trip from there. If this route looks correct then click OK and the program will export these miles to the Mileage section.

For help with manually running the route in Routing see the help for the Routing section.
